Farah Beaini is a public speaker, poet and economic researcher with a deep passion for creating and connecting community.
Her extensive public service experience includes working at the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, and more recently partnering with federal and state governments on economic research that will help Australian communities build resilience to natural disasters.
She has a strong expertise in leading and facilitating culture-changing conversations that encourage participants to reflect on who they are and how they can bring their best selves to the digital and physical communities they are creating.
Within CBBC, she is helping embed the Flourishing Framework through Moving Conversations, a monthly event which provides opportunities for community members to explore and tackle difficult and complex issues in a safe, facilitated environment.
